Our dog daycare service is all about providing a safe and loving environment for your puppy to stay in. We ensure your best friend isn’t stressed out, is well fed with tasty treats, always has clean water available, and most importantly is having fun and is socially stimulated.
We cover the entire width of the East Side, from 96th Street to Delancey, and handle every type of personality imaginable. At Wags, we lead lives full of the unconditional love and happiness we receive from the furballs we get to spend time with every day.
Things to remember
Cancellation Policy
When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hour in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
Service Time And Cost
Grooming service time and costs vary for each guest dependant on breed, size, and coat type. our grooming team will do their best to provide you an estimate for both price and time when you arrive at the salon for your appointment. We will contact you by text message or phone call when your dog is ready to be collected.
Dropping Off And Picking Up
Dropping off and picking up late will incur an extra fee because it involves daycare as we are a grooming salon daycare is a separate charge. Dogs or Cats picked up after hours or later than the expected pick up will be charged a fee of $35.
Animal Health & Wellness
Puppies / Kittens must have completed all their 3 times vaccinations10 days prior to their first appointment. If your pet has a medical condition please inform the groomer before getting groom. Please Note due to reasons of safety of our employees and your pets, we do not groom dogs/cats that show a sense of being too aggressive or overstress.
Matting Hair Policy
There will always extra charge for matting coat. If your pet cannot be humanly de-matted, we may ask permission to clip the hair short and start over (shave). We would always ask for your permission first. Please keep in mind that a matted coat can cause numerous health concerns including itching, irritation, and skin infections. If you would like your grooming appointment to allow time to brush or comb out the excess matting, one dollar per one-minute fee will apply.
