Welcome to Wags Pets NZ (“Wags Pets” “we” “us”) and the team provides services to subject to notices, terms, and conditions as set below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in the agreement. Please read them carefully.

We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.

ELIGIBILITY

To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.

By accepting the Online Store Terms, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by these terms. You also represent and warrant that you would use our goods and services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise).

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment,

appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorization to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.

AVAILABILITY AND SUPPLY

All products are subject to the availability of those suppliers. If for any reason a product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.

Guarantee

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We can not be held accountable should your dog appear to have an allergic reaction to products. All ingredients are listed clearly on the packet. It is for you to decide if it is a fit for your dog. If any symptoms occur that you are concerned about when you are feeding, please contact your vet and stop using immediately.

Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 within New Zealand. For all orders under $50, shipping fee will be charged, for anywhere in New Zealand.

DELIVERY & PICK UP

The Wags Pets NZ ships across New Zealand. Alternatively you can pick up from our Auckland store. Expect your parcel to arrive quickly and in great condition. Orders received before midday can expect to be dispatched on the same day and usually arrive within 1-5 days.

PRICING

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

RETURNS

We are happy to offer a return or exchange on products that are faulty or stock that is does not meet your expectation – I.E. Damaged or past use by.

If you have changed your mind about a product and it is in re-saleable condition (unopened, with undamaged packaging) you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Please wrap your returned product well (products that have been damaged in transit back to us will not be refunded) and return it to us with your order number as a reference to the following address:

Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 10 days and an email confirmation will be sent. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Our suppliers often update the packaging of the products we stock.  While we endeavor to ensure the product images on our website are representative of the stocked item you receive, we do not take responsibility for any packaging updates or changes that are not yet showing on our website.

 

ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our website or in the goods and services that contains

typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the goods and services is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in our goods and services, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.

Unless any provision in this agreement expressly provides otherwise, these terms and conditions are not intended to confer a benefit on any person or class of person who is not a party to it.
